Michael joined Gribble Churton Taylor Limited in November 2012 having graduated from The University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce. Michael undertakes a broad range of valuation and consulting assignments throughout the wider Auckland region.
Specialisation
Michael covers a broad range of asset types and property classes across the wider Auckland region. Particular areas of specialisation include:
Residential property throughout Auckland’s western city fringe, central suburbs, and Eastern Bays; as well as high-end, luxury residential properties throughout the wider Auckland region.
Central suburbs commercial and retail properties including for mortgage security; rent review; consultancy; and insurance.
Industrial property assessments throughout Central, South and West Auckland.
Development funding and feasibility assessments.
Lifestyle property valuation to North and North-West rural localities.
Compensation valuations and consultancy in line with the Public Works Act 1981; and EQC insurance claims.
Professional Achievement
Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
Admitted as a Registered Valuer in May 2016.
Advised to the status of Associate of New Zealand Institute of Valuers (ANZIV) in 2018.
Personal Interests
Outside of valuation Michael enjoys spending time with his young family, and has a keen interest in fishing and skiing.
