Graduate Valuer and Director’s Assistant BProp
Sam joined Gribble Churton Taylor Limited in July 2024 and holds the dual role of Graduate Valuer and Director’s Assistant. He provides comprehensive support to the Director and wider valuation team, contributing to a range of commercial, industrial, residential, and compensation valuation assignments. Sam has completed a Bachelor of Property degree from the University of Auckland and an advanced Microsoft course, enhancing his technical capability and efficiency in valuation analysis and reporting. He continues to develop his professional expertise as he works toward registered valuer status.
